At the heart of any successful project lies a well-defined, tried and tested process: one where you, and we, know exactly what is involved at each stage. Our process comprises:

1. Assessing your project

.A meeting to define the scope of your project
.Provision of an outline budget estimate

2. Obtaining planning approval

.A meeting with our in-house architectural designers to agree the finer points of
.your design
.Creation of detailed drawings
.Submission of agreed designs for planning approval.*

3. Obtaining Building Regulation approval

.Creation of drawings that specify materials and construction methods
.Submission of drawings for council approval

4. Creating a Specification of Works

.Detailed discussions on your construction, such as specifying lighting, wall
.finishes, sanitary ware, etc
.A written cost breakdown, which, once agreed, is binding on us

5. Project scheduling

.
Secured start date, following payment of a 10% deposit
.Provision of a detailed working schedule, with binding completion date.

6. Implementation

.
Commencement of work on the designated date
.Provision of skilled, experienced tradespeople
.Daily project management
.Ongoing advice and assistance

*Approved plans are valid for five years, thereafter you have the option of simply taking the designs - some customers use them as a means to facilitate a house sale - or authorising us to proceed to the next stage
