Provision of an outline budget estimate
2. Obtaining planning approval

A meeting with our in-house architectural designers to agree the finer points of
your design
Creation of detailed drawings
Submission of agreed designs for planning approval.*
3. Obtaining Building Regulation approval

Creation of drawings that specify materials and construction methods
Submission of drawings for council approval
4. Creating a Specification of Works

Detailed discussions on your construction, such as specifying lighting, wall
finishes, sanitary ware, etc
A written cost breakdown, which, once agreed, is binding on us
5. Project scheduling

Secured start date, following payment of a 10% deposit
Provision of a detailed working schedule, with binding completion date.
6. Implementation

Commencement of work on the designated date
Provision of skilled, experienced tradespeople
Daily project management
Ongoing advice and assistance
*Approved plans are valid for five years, thereafter you have the option of simply taking the designs - some customers use them as a means to facilitate a house sale - or authorising us to proceed to the next stage |
